Attivita’ Invernali

Prima a novembre a Palermo, presso Dimora Oz, adesso al BOCS di Bagheria. Il primo Worshop, introduzione all’analisi e alla progettazione di installazioni multimediali tenuto da Federico Bonelli. Il secondo tenuto da Gabriele ‘Asbesto Molesto’ Zaverio di “elettronica di base”, in cui partendo dal recupero di componenti si e’ arrivati a affrontare le basi dell’elettronica. Una attivita’ comune con lo stesso filo conduttore, concepita come operazione di bella divulgazione e facilitata dal trasformatorio. E tutto esaurito! Arte, tecnica, scienza, storia, attivismo, tutto finalmente dato per scontato, superato dalla voglia di imparare e dalla pratica di vita comune. Grazie anche alla sapiente regia di propaganda fatta dagli amici della Dimora OZ, del BOCS di Bagheria e alla storia cucinata dal Presidio Sucusclan che ci ha sfamati e nutriti. Organizzeremo presto altri incontri, il ferro (del saldatore) e’ caldo e le mani fremono. Pure-data, free software, radio a galena, electro-waste riciclabile, fare, costruire, pensare, esibire, condividere. Riprenderemo, ripeteremo, alzeremo il tiro inviteremo altri docenti, faremo formazione e azione. Informale e fattiva. Riproporremo anche in altri posti il bel lavoro di introduzione fatto veramente per tutti. A tutti gli studenti, ognuno a modo suo ricco di cose sapute e curiosita’ stimolanti un grazie dai docenti, per aver imparato.

Winter Activities

In november first, in Palermo at Dimora Oz, then in Bagheria, at the BOCS. Two introductory workshops facilitate by Trasformatorio. First one, an introduction to analysis and project of media rich and interactive installations, by Federico Bonelli, the next by Gabriele Asbesto Zaverio, basic electronics, were starting from the recovery of components from e-waste students were lead tolearn the basics of electronics. An activity sold out and conceived following a common approach “trasformatorio style”. Art, technic, science, history, hack-tivism, all finally given for granted, because our wish of learning and practice of common life is more important. Thanks to a great propaganda and support from Dimora oz and BOCS in the two occasions and to the cooking history of Sucus clan, that feed us and nourished as well. We are in the process of organising more meetings of this kind, the iron (of the soldering) is still hot and hands are trembling. Pure-data, free software, trench radio… to do, to think, make, show, share. We will take up, repeat, try more, invite other teachers, we will do formation and action. Informal and productive as well. This introductory work, though to be accessible to anyone will be repurposed, and our students have occasions to grow. To all students, each one of them rich of knowledge and curiosities, a thank you from us, cause you have learned.
